How Workers Comp Audit Prep handles submitted and uploaded information
This page explains the practical privacy baseline for lead capture, purchases, account data, and app-related uploads.
1. Information we may collect
Information you submit directly
- Name and email when requesting the free checklist
- Optional company name and industry details
- Support emails or contact messages
- Purchase and account information when checkout or app access is enabled
Information created inside product workflows
- Project intake details
- Upload metadata and extracted review data
- Export history and project status information
2. How we use that information
- To deliver or improve product access and workflow guidance
- To send checklist delivery, purchase, or support-related messages
- To operate account, project, upload, and export features when the app flow is live
- To troubleshoot product issues and protect the service from abuse
3. App uploads and file handling
If you use app features that accept uploads, files are intended to be used only for extraction, organization, review, and export inside the audit-prep workflow.
Uploaded files are meant to stay in private storage and behind authenticated access rather than being exposed publicly.
4. Retention baseline
Raw uploads
The planned MVP policy is to delete raw uploads 30 days after the last export.
Structured project data
Structured project data may remain available while the related subscription or account access remains active.
5. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, database storage, checkout, email delivery, and similar operational needs. Those providers only receive the information reasonably needed to operate the relevant service.
6. Your choices
- You can contact support to ask questions about product-support communications.
- You can request help with access, downloads, or account-related issues.
- You can review the disclaimer and terms pages for scope limitations.
7. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to support@workerscompauditprep.com.
