1. Refund window
Digital purchases are generally eligible for a refund request within 14 days of purchase.
2. Good-faith use standard
The refund policy is intended for good-faith buyers who decide the product is not the right fit for their workflow. It is not meant to support repeated abusive purchase-and-refund behavior.
3. What to include in a refund request
- Your purchase email address
- The product purchased
- The purchase date
- A short note on the issue or fit problem
4. How to request a refund
Send the request through the support channel listed on the contact page. Product-support questions can be handled there as well.
5. Scope reminder
